Excellent Reminder

A friend and I came up with this mantra to help us defeat the daily challenges of Parkinson’s. We now simply look at our bracelet that says PERFECT DAY and refocus. We may lose a few minutes, but we can salvage the day by the reminder to have a Perfect Day. I love it.

Beautiful Daily Reminder

I love the bracelets. They are durable and a beautiful daily reminder to be intentional about my words for 2024. I highly recommend ordering the bracelets. My word is expansion. I also added Surrender to remind me to let go and let God enter the process!
