I work in the mental health and SUD/AUD field. I buy from this company a lot because we started doing a group with their products. I bought the kits that allow you to stamp your own bracelets, and the patients pick a word that could help them in a crisis. They come up with the most creative things but typically it something that inspires them or words of encouragement to themselves. I also made a bracelet for myself and am a person in long term recovery from SUD. When we are having a bad moment of a crisis happens it is encouraging to look down and see that reminder. After they stamp their coins, we turn them into bracelets. I have never had an issue with ordering but did reach out to the customer service team about the lifetime discount and they answered me promptly and were super helpful. I couldn't recommend this company more. Great quality products and even affordable in a group. I also bought one necklace already engraved in rose gold. It says connection and is one of my favorite necklaces.

I love the variety of the tokens as everyone has a different taste in what they like for themselves. They are a Beautiful Variety and I Love these. MyIntent order was damaged in transit just before Christmas. The box was torn open and multiple items were missing. I took photos and emailed customer service to let them know. Within a few days, all missing items were replaced!
