I chose "Continue" as my word for this year. Last year I set a goal in January of getting both knees replaced as close to year end as possible. I lost enough weight by October to replace one knee in November. This year I am CONTINUing the journey and will be replacing the other knee this month. It's a great daily reminder to continue the commitment to improve my life day by day.

My most recent encounter was for a "repair" however upon submitting a photo my item was fully replaced (and I was allowed to change the finish at no additional charge)

I ordered my word of the year bracelet and love it, I wear it at all times (shower, bed) and do not have any issues. It did take a little while to arrive to me but I am happy with it now.
