Through high school and college, he led his youth group and was a motivational speaker.
After college he was led to pursue financial security and status, studying at Harvard Business School, working at Facebook and retiring at 35. Following a traumatic breakup, he realized money and status do not offer the fulfillment and love he really wanted. He then started deep inner work for the past 7 years including the MyIntent Project, which has helped millions of people have meaningful connections through finding their intention. MyIntent has served everyone from Jay-Z, Beyonce, Rihanna, Melania Trump, Elon Musk, Justin Bieber and has been featured on the cover of Time magazine and a 4 minute segment on the Today Show.
Chris has a unique and powerful combination of hard skills having consulted for Fortune 100 CEOs at McKinsey and working with Mark Zuckerberg, combined with soft skills to help connect people from their head to their heart, their purpose, their passion, and their intention. Fleur Saville is a native New Zealander and moved to Los Angeles 8 years ago, where she found a true sense of peace, purpose and community. Fleur has practiced with and been mentored by some of the most divine Masters of our time.
Being in the film industry since the age of 15, Fleur now approaches the industry from a spiritual stand-point, she co-founded a company - Mastertude - that will evolve education and cinema through their invention that accelerates learning through narrative story telling.
Facilitating Breathwork is a passion that Fleur has a deep love for, through doing the work, and holding space, others will find their purpose and highest self through this modality and discover the joy and freedom that is our divine right.

Phia Zogopoulos is a certified Breathwork Practitioner who teaches around the Los Angeles area, including at The DEN Meditation and Unplug. Phia guides an active meditation technique that allows one to use their breath to explore what may be suppressed deep within and release stress, energy, tension, and emotions. You can expect to finish this meditation feeling a major shift with a sense of renewal and empowerment.

Based in Los Angeles, CA, Rob Starbuck is a Breathwork Facilitator and Artist. Rob brings a unique and powerful energy to creating transformative breathwork journeys, ranging in size from 10 - 300+ people in Los Angeles, New York City, San Francisco and locations around the world.
After leaving his 9 to 5 sales job in Chicago in search of meaning in California, Rob found Breathwork. By making this modality a consistent practice, he rewired subconscious belief systems and deep-rooted fears that stemmed from a traumatic experience in 2007. While training for college football at Georgetown, Rob experienced a trauma that he suppressed for 12 years. Through trust and commitment to the breath he released this past experience, which allowed him to reconnect to his authentic self, uncovering his life’s work in the process. Rob believes deeply in the power of the breath’s natural ability to transform lives and strip out old belief systems, limiting fears, false identity, and chronic stress that humans experience in today's world. Rob’s message is that we are all powerful and within our bodies we carry infinite information.
This is raw information that becomes unburied through breath, and brought to the light, integrated in a way that allows us to grow in the purest form. Rob continues to grow through breath, art, and sound. By being who he truly is, he hopes to inspire others to be who they truly are. Ben has shared his love of meditation with thousands. His work is universal, well-rounded and rooted in ancient wisdom & modern pragmatism.

Ben is a founding Meditation Teacher at the most prominent meditation studios in Los Angeles. A lifelong meditator, the spiritual household of his youth held strong emphasis on discipline and spiritual development.
Modern, entertaining, and easy to understand, Ben's classes take even the novice meditator into a deep exploration of their own psyche.
In Fall of 2016 he launched his first online meditation offering on the Unplug Meditation Guided Meditation App. He worked closely with anti-human trafficking organization Unlikely Heroes in the United States and The Philippines and received the Unlikely Heroes Legacy Award in 2012. He also supports the efforts of anti-human trafficking organizations Children of the Night, Saving Innocence, International Justice Mission, The Somaly Mam Foundation, and Together 1 Heart, as well as humanitarian aid organizations Generosity.org and the American Red Cross.

Meditation teacher and author Megan Monahan is passionate about making meditation accessible and relatable. Her goal is to infuse a modern-day “realness” into the all too often esoteric landscape of meditation. Since learning to meditate in 2009 with Deepak Chopra and becoming a Chopra Certified instructor, she has taught thousands to meditate through her platform. She works with corporate brands like Lululemon, Chopra Global, Unplug Meditation and Wanderlust while working privately with personal and corporate clients internationally, always bringing her spiritual real talk. Her first book, Don't Hate, Meditate, was published this past June by Ten Speed Press!

With over 9 years of practice and 6 years of teaching Valerie’s Intentional yoga classes are challenging to the body, yet relaxing and freeing to the mind. With the focus of setting intentions students are able to receive a mind, body, soul connection to themselves. These classes are specialized for all different levels, as she will be giving modifications to meet individual needs of anyone ranging from the newbie yogi to any seasonal practitioner. Val’s osteopathic technique on the body teaches students proper alignment making sure students feel confident yet comfortable and safe throughout their practice.

Melanie Buttarazzi is a Toronto native, calling Los Angeles her home. As finalist on So You Think You Can Dance her career as a dancer has led her to work with various artists including Jennifer Lopez, Pharrell, Pitbull, and Ne-Yo along with North America and Europe with award- winning musician Robert Michaels. With a BFA in Dance and Performing Arts from York University she has taught, adjudicated and choreographed dancers across Canada and the US. Her choreography has been seen in showcases and concerts across North America along with TedX, and Blue Shield of California commercials. Her dynamic career achievements include commercials for Sony, Budwiser, Ford, Honda, and Hulu along with working on-stage and on-set in both television and film. Melanie has performed at the 69th Cannes Film Festival at the Carlton Hotel Fashion show and performed in the collaborate launch event for Christian Loubutin and Sabi Assachi.
Melanie’s passion for dancing has been the driving force for her entire life. This passion has led her to share the gift of dance starting a nonprofit organization for youth in underserved communities called Fostering Dreams Project. The organization partners with various nonprofits and school districts to bring a comprehensive curriculum designed to enrich the lives of foster youth academically and socially. Melanie is determined through dance to continue providing youth with support systems and community to help them see that they belong to something bigger than their circumstances.

Greg Delson is a vocalist, songwriter, and educator. He founded the LANDLIGHTS Center for Voice with a mission to change the culture around singing, and group singing in particular. Greg teaches that singing is a natural human ability, coining the phrase, “singing is not a talent, it’s a skill.” He founded the LANDLIGHTS Community Choir, an open, popular-music choir in Los Angeles that all adults can join, regardless of skill or experience, and travels around the country leading pop-up choir events, workshops, and participatory musical experience.
Greg has recorded and toured nationally as part of various bands and music collectives, and his original songs have enjoyed international airplay. He believes that every voice is unique and important, and that life is better when we sing out; and even better when we do so in harmony.

Drew is a Hoffman Process Teacher and Coach. He is a former licensed private practice psychotherapist with a Masters degree in clinical work from The University of Michigan. He is trained in EMDR, Mediation and Dispute Resolution, Gottman Couples Counseling, and Brené Brown’s “Daring Way”.

Maria Camara is a Hoffman Process Teacher and Coach, she holds a Ph.D. in Family and Health Psychology, a Master in Health Psychology, and a B.A. in Psychology. She is a Certified Gestalt Psychotherapist and is trained in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy. She is also a Buddhist Instructor and delivers seminars in Systematic Innovation.

Nita Gage is a Hoffman Process Teacher and Coach with a doctorate degree in shamanic psychospiritual psychology, a Master’s in clinical psychology, and is a certified addiction counselor. Nita has been a counselor, coach, and facilitator of transformational work for over 20 years.
