Meditation can be traced back to the earliest centuries B.C.E. as a fundamental practice for many cultures. Stemming from the Latin word meditatum, which means “to ponder,” meditation has been used as a way to relieve stress, improve health, and strengthen the mind.

Today, Meditation can be practiced in many different forms to enhance focus and clarity. This practice goes hand-in-hand with forming intentions for oneself.

Use meditation to clear your mind and guide you to a WORD or to find clarity on how to manifest your WORD. Even five minutes to start your day can make a significant impact.
