As we all continue to adjust and live life differently than we ever could have imagined, we wanted to provide a few links that help you keep everything straight. This is a way for you to settle the noise of everyday in order to create inner peace. 

Before we start, take a deep, cleansing breath. Breathe into your belly for 4 counts, hold it for 7 counts, and let it out slowly for 8 counts. This will allow your nervous system to calm down just enough take in information and make decisions.
