I sent my friend a necklace with her intentions for the year. She was very touched by the gift and had a good laugh at the words I chose.

At the end of each year I come up with a word or phrase to guide me. For the 6th or 7th year I have gotten a dainty silver necklace....this year I chose Work Smarter (part of my phrase of the year which is work smarter not harder). I have had breathe, be patient, be confident, be intentional and other such things. The beauty of the collection is that on any given day if I feel like I need a particular one on I grab it. Today happened to be a be confident day.
