Appreciating the Body
Have you been a little harsh about the state of your body? Saying mean things about it to yourself or others, having difficulties loving it for how it is? When we are able to find appreciation for ourselves, we take the time, effort, and energy to care for our bodies in a way that values and honors them, instead of shaming.
