I simply can’t say enough about MyIntent as a company. I haves ordered from them previously, and was planning to for 2022, but hadn’t figured out my word yet when the new year rolled around. On Jan 5th, my beloved English Bulldog died unexpectedly at 3.5 years old. So my word for 2022 became my nickname for my dog The Muffin Man or Muffins for short. I ordered a bracelet from MyIntent with his nickname on it, and after only wearing the bracelet for a few weeks. I reached out to MyIntebt, and they replaced the bracelet at no charge after shared a picture of the broken bracelet. I am so grateful for wonderful companies like this one, that truly cares about its customers. Thank you MyIntent for being such a wonderful company, I will always sing your praises!
